Bji Baji Terms and Conditions — Rules, Eligibility & Fair Play

01Introduction

Welcome to Bji Baji. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Bji Baji ("we", "us", "the Platform") at bjibaji.im. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Bji Baji platform — whether for sports betting, live cricket, casino games, slots, jackpot slots, baccarat, or esports betting — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Bji Baji platform. The platform reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Bji Baji after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Bji Baji is designed to serve players based in Pakistan, operating in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with payment methods commonly used in Pakistan including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard. These Terms are written in plain English appropriate for Pakistani readers and should be read as such.

02Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Bji Baji. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. Bji Baji takes its age verification obligation seriously. During registration and at any subsequent point, Bji Baji may request identity documentation to verify your age. If you are found to be under 18 years of age, your account will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

Geographic Eligibility

Bji Baji is operated for players based in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from Pakistan and that it is lawful for you to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of Bji Baji complies with the laws applicable to you.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Bji Baji account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of whether different phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods are used — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are discovered, Bji Baji reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances or winnings pending investigation.

Registration Process

To register, you must provide accurate and complete information including your name, date of birth, phone number, and any other information requested during the registration flow. You must not use another person's identity or provide false information. Bji Baji may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time and may suspend account activity until verification is complete.

03Account Responsibilities

Your Bji Baji account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential. You must not share access to your account with any other person, including family members.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Bji Baji support immediately at support@bjibaji.im. Bji Baji cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred because you failed to keep your credentials secure.

Account Balance

Your Bji Baji account balance is denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) at all times. There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits or withdrawals when you use supported PKR payment methods. Your balance represents real money held on account for your use on the platform — it is not a credit line and cannot be overdrawn.

Account Verification

Bji Baji may require you to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Acceptable documents include a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of the payment method being used for withdrawal. Verification is handled securely and your documents are processed in accordance with the Bji Baji Privacy Policy.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

Bji Baji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are processed in PKR.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Bji Baji does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your name. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. The platform reserves the right to request documentation to confirm the source of funds if required.

Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no hard maximum deposit limit for standard players, however Bji Baji may apply temporary transaction limits as part of fraud prevention or responsible gaming measures. Players can set their own deposit limits from their account settings at any time — this is encouraged as part of Bji Baji's responsible gaming approach.

05Bonuses & Promotions

Bji Baji offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms apply to the subject matter of the conflict.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your account balance or bonus balance as specified in the offer.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement (also called rollover) for each offer is stated clearly in the offer terms — typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means you must wager the bonus amount multiplied by 20 before withdrawal is permitted).
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus balance and associated wagering progress that remains uncompleted at expiry will be removed without notice or compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per player unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds may be restricted to specific games or betting categories. The eligible games for each bonus are stated in the offer terms. Bets placed on ineligible games do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Bji Baji reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: using the same bonus via multiple accounts, applying low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors.

Refer-a-Friend Programme

The Refer-a-Friend programme at Bji Baji allows existing players to invite friends to register and earn rewards when the referred player meets qualifying conditions. Rewards are credited to the referring player's account once the referred player has completed registration, made a qualifying first deposit, and fulfilled any stated wagering requirements. Self-referrals — where a player refers themselves using a different identity — are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

06Betting Rules

Bji Baji accepts bets on cricket (including PSL, Pakistan international matches, and other global series), esports (including CS2, Dota 2, VALORANT, PUBG Mobile, League of Legends and more), football, and other sports. All bets are placed in PKR with a minimum bet of Rs 200 per selection.

Bet Acceptance

Bji Baji reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets from accounts identified as professional bettors or accounts displaying patterns of advantage play. The acceptance of a bet by the platform does not guarantee its settlement if the underlying event is subsequently found to have been subject to irregular activity.

Odds and Settlement

Odds are displayed in decimal format. Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket this means the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) as applicable; for PSL matches it means the official PSL match result. For esports bets, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant tournament operator.

In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are available on selected events. In-play odds update continuously. Markets may be suspended during specific periods (for example, during a wicket in a cricket match). Bets placed during a suspension may be voided at Bji Baji's discretion. Bji Baji accepts no liability for delays in suspending markets that result from technical issues outside the platform's reasonable control.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided if: the underlying event is cancelled or abandoned; an event occurs that renders the bet incapable of fair settlement (for example, a cricket match curtailed by rain before a D/L method can be applied); the bet was placed at an erroneous or manifestly incorrect price due to a system error; or settlement is impossible due to unresolved disputes about the official result.

Maximum Payout

Bji Baji applies a maximum single-bet payout. The applicable maximum payout limits are stated in each market and are updated periodically. Payouts on accumulator bets are subject to the same per-market payout caps. In no event will Bji Baji be obligated to pay winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout limits.

07Casino & Live Games

Bji Baji's casino section includes slots, jackpot slots, live baccarat, live roulette, and other live dealer and RNG-based games. These games are provided by third-party game suppliers. The rules of each game are specific to that game and are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the relevant game round or bet will be voided and your stake returned.

Return to Player (RTP)

All slots and casino games on Bji Baji have published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. RTP is a theoretical long-run average and does not represent a guaranteed return per session. Individual session outcomes can and will vary significantly from the stated RTP. Bji Baji does not manipulate RTP values — games are supplied by certified third-party providers and operated according to their certified configurations.

Jackpot Slots

Progressive jackpot games have jackpot prizes that accumulate over time. Jackpot prizes displayed in-game are correct at the time of display but may change between the display time and the spin resolution. All jackpot wins are subject to verification before payout. Bji Baji will contact winners directly to arrange payout of jackpot prizes above standard payout thresholds.

08Responsible Gaming

Bji Baji takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no charge and with no penalty for using them. Access them through your account settings at any time.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 24 hours (cooling-off period). Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been actively playing for a set amount of time within a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days). During a cooling-off period you cannot deposit, bet, or play. Cooling-off periods can be activated instantly from account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from Bji Baji. Self-exclusion requests are processed without penalty and without pressure to reconsider. Once self-excluded, your account cannot be re-activated until the exclusion period has expired.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders during sessions that show you how long you have been playing and your net position for the session.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bji Baji platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent banning from the platform:

1. Registering under a false identity, using another person's identity, or misrepresenting your age.
2. Operating multiple accounts — including accounts shared with other persons or household members — on the same platform.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or play games on your behalf without explicit written consent from Bji Baji.
4. Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, system malfunctions, or technical loopholes in the platform for financial gain.
5. Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets using information that is not publicly available — including acting on information obtained in connection with the administration, coaching, or playing of any event covered by Bji Baji.
6. Engaging in any activity that Bji Baji reasonably determines to constitute money laundering or terrorist financing.
7. Using abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language when communicating with Bji Baji support staff.
8. Circumventing any responsible gaming tool or restriction set on your account, including by creating a new account to replace a self-excluded account.

Bji Baji cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of illegal activity. If evidence of prohibited conduct is identified, Bji Baji reserves the right to freeze the relevant account and hold funds pending investigation without prior notice.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the Bji Baji website — including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, software, code, data feeds, game assets, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of Bji Baji or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, broadcast, or transmit any part of the Bji Baji platform without express written permission.

The Bji Baji brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the platform. Use of these marks in any context not explicitly authorised by Bji Baji — including in third-party promotional material, affiliate content, or social media profiles — without written consent is prohibited.

11Limitation of Liability

Bji Baji provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While the platform makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, it does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, delays, or data loss. Bji Baji shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party provider outages, or events outside the platform's reasonable control (including internet connectivity issues on the player's side).
• Delays in settlement caused by technical issues with third-party data providers supplying live scores or match results.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential, or speculative financial loss related to the outcome of bets or games placed on the platform.

Bji Baji's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

12Amendments to These Terms

Bji Baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated date shown at the top of this page will be revised. Where practical, Bji Baji will provide advance notice of significant changes via email to registered players or via a prominent notice on the platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Bji Baji platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an update to these Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

13Governing Law

These Terms are drafted in English and are intended to be interpreted in accordance with their plain meaning in the context of the Pakistan market they serve. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Bji Baji platform that cannot be resolved informally through the support team will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the process set out in the relevant arbitration rules notified to you at the time of the dispute.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection frameworks that cannot be excluded by contract. Bji Baji operates in good faith and its policy is to resolve player disputes promptly and fairly before any formal process becomes necessary.
